Who are you?
I’m a local-born Kamaaina and a 35-year Hawaii real estate veteran with a lot of wisdom to impart in the real estate arena. Wether you want to sell or not to sell, rent, maintain a portfolio, solve a problem… I have heard it before and can help!

Born in the US Territory of Hawaii in Honolulu.
Super power you would like to have and why?
I have never seen a superpower hero I would like to be. However, I think the closest representation would be the green man or green spirit of the Middle Ages… one who could give life to the dying and cause plants to grow and bloom wherever he passed.
Who or what inspires you to succeed?
There doesn’t seem to to be a who, other than I want the best for my family. The thing that drives me is the motivation to achieve my why’s, personal goals and the where and what I want to do with my life.
Favorite activity on the weekend?
Lately, it has been swimming.. I just swam 100 miles. I also like a quiet breakfast on the ocean on Saturday morning, landscaping, home improvements, surfing, canoe surfing, one-manning, catching up with myself, and quiet time. I have a dozen friends waiting for me to to take them canoe wave riding or to teach them how to steer a canoe. Reading is totally pleasurable too!
Secret talent?
Not so secret, but I have a green thumb.
Best quote you’ve heard?
Quotes are nice but subject to massive interpretation and usually too short… so I don’t have a quote. I’d rather read a book that has more meat. Books like “Undaunted Courage,” “Blind Man’s Bluff” or a good book on the latest on genetics or the latest theories on physics.

Who are you?
I started with Caron B Realty in 2014 after graduating magna cum laude from Hawaii Pacific University with my BSBA in Marketing.
Hometown?
Born and raised here on Oahu. Grew up in Kapolei, HI, so it was natural for me to specialize in the West Oahu market.
Super power you would like to have and why?
I would probably like the power to teleport so that I could travel anywhere in the world at a moment’s notice. Then I could get my license to do real estate anywhere!
Who or what inspires you to succeed?
My significant other, Kyle, and future children inspire me to succeed. We are both family-oriented individuals and want to create a better life for each other and our future family.
My “role model family” is Chip and Joanna Gaines from Fixer-Upper. Not only are they both successful in the real estate industry, but most importantly, despite how successful they are, they appear to be down-to-earth, family-oriented and genuinely kind which are values that I also like to have.
Favorite activity on the weekend?
My favorite weekend activities, when I’m not working or showing properties, include going to the beach, kayaking, fishing, shopping, and spending time with Kyle and our miniature dachshund, Baxter.
Secret talent?
I can recite the alphabet backwards. I also really enjoy writing and have been able to write very convincing cover letters for my buyer clients when I’m presenting an offer on their behalf.

I am a first-time buyer specialist at Caron B Realty and specialize in the area of West Oahu. I am extremely patient with my first-time clients and am comfortable working in a competitive market. Plus, I use my proven negotiation skills to help my buyers get the home they want despite multiple offers from other buyers involved.
I also help sellers with their properties. Because I work with a lot of buyers, when I’m representing a seller, I most likely have a buyer in mind for that seller. Because of my business and marketing background, I also provide that “edge” to sellers.

Who are you?
I was born and raised in Scott City, Kansas and graduated from Kansas State University with a B.S. in Business Administration. Kansas (aka, the “breadbasket of the world”), Colorado, New York, and Texas are states I have called home, but it was on my very first trip to Hawaii that I fell in love with the Aloha State and dreamed of one day living here. Dreams DO come true! I have called Hawaii home now, on and off, since 1992. The light and love of my life is my son, Ross.
