Caretaking
Our caretaking services provide you with the peace of mind that the investment in your home is in good hands. We will ensure a professional is maintaining your residence during your absence. Our caretaking services include regular inspections of the interior and exterior of your property at intervals set by the owner, managing vendors on your behalf (landscapers, pool services, etc.), scheduling and managing maintenance services as necessary, and any other services you may request.
Along with caretaking your property, we will also be happy to assist you with any concierge needs you may have including: stocking your kitchen for your return, starting and running your vehicles, opening and airing out your residence prior to your return, and scheduling cleaning services.
