Oahu Luxury Real Estate Update
There were 40 luxury homes sold in August and for the sixth month in a row, the median price of luxury single-family homes has increased. Luxury homes sold more slowly in August than in July. There were inventory increases in the properties listed under $6,000,000. After a big drop in sales in July, luxury condo sales volume increased slightly from July to August. Available listings increased slightly in the $3,000,000-$5,999,999 range but decreased in all other price ranges.
