For the fifth month in a row, median price of luxury single-family homes has increased, reaching the highest median price since September 2023. The number of luxury homes sold in July increased over 12% compared to June. July was a slow month for luxury condos. The number of sales fell 45% to 6 and median price dropped 8%.
