Neighbor Island Luxury Market Overview
In quarter four, luxury home and luxury condo sales decreased across each of our neighbor islands, with the exception of luxury condos on Kauai. Conversely, median price increased in most markets, though there was more variability in price per square foot. There was no pattern regarding days on market by island or property type.
