Honolulu, HI – September 2025 — Caron B Realty International is pleased to announce the promotion of Realtor-Associate Julie A. Eggers, RS-82070, to the position of Director of Client Experience.
Julie brings more than 15 years of real estate and transaction management experience to this leadership role. She began her real estate career in transaction management, honing the detail-oriented, process-driven skills that now underpin her approach to serving clients.
At Caron B Realty International, Julie has distinguished herself through her exceptional customer service, deep market knowledge, and a specialty in client relations. She consistently strives to exceed expectations by thoughtfully guiding buyers and sellers through every step of the home-sales process and helping to create a smooth, efficient, and positive experience.
In her new role, Julie will oversee and continuously improve the client experience across the full spectrum of Caron B Realty International’s services, from initial inquiry, market education and pricing strategy to contract negotiation, closing, relocation support, and concierge services. She will lead the development of new client-centric processes and feedback systems designed to ensure that Caron B Realty International’s reputation for thoughtful, individualized service continues to grow.

Julie grew up in New England and holds a degree in psychology from UMass Amherst. She credits her strong work ethic and family support as key motivators in her success. Outside of real estate, Julie spends her weekends exploring new hikes or enjoying time at the beach with her twin daughters.
