When we came on the market, we were told how incredible the property looked compared to when it was previously listed with another brokerage company. We updated the unit with some quick repairs and refreshes, staged it, and had professional photos taken to highlight its great features.
After the buyer made an offer, there was an issue securing financing with their mainland lender. We brainstormed with the cooperating broker and were able to find a lender who got the buyers the loan in 10 days.
This sale highlighted the importance of working together with the other broker. Without this cooperation, the buyer may not have been able to purchase this unit and our sellers would have had to delay their plans. We are grateful to the cooperating broker and wish the new owner all the best.
