Following a strong start to the year in quarter 1, the Oahu luxury single-family home market has continued to show healthy activity. Quarter 2 2024 saw a 17.5% increase in the number of sales compared to quarter 1. Median price increased over 5% and the price/square foot held steady quarter-over-quarter. The luxury condo market had a slow start to the year but activity has been on the rise. There were nearly twice as many condo sales in quarter 2 compared to quarter 1. There were sizable decreases in median price and price per square foot. However, median price has increased every month since March.
