Caron B Davis is a Honolulu real estate broker and founder of Caron B Realty International, a boutique luxury real estate brokerage established in 2001. With over 36 years of experience since 1989, she has closed 950 transactions totaling more than $1.6 billion in sales volume.

She is widely recognized for her expertise in East Honolulu luxury real estate, oceanfront homes, and Diamond Head view properties. Caron specializes in high-end residential properties in Diamond Head, Kahala, Hawaii Loa Ridge, Waialae Iki, Maunalani Heights, and Hawaii Kai, as well as luxury condominiums in Waikiki, Ala Moana, and Kakaako.

Her listings achieve an average 96.5% list-to-sold ratio, with 28% selling at or above asking price. In 2025, she sold the most homes in Diamond Head among individual agents.
