On average, sales remain notably higher than they were pre-pandemic. Luxury homes sold for the highest median price since January 2019, when we started keeping track of this data. Homes sold the quickest they have all this year. There was also a decrease in the number of luxury condo sales and the median price at which they sold. However, like homes, condos sold the quickest they have all year.
